Legal Notice

Randy Mahlaba (Pty) Ltd T/A Mango Printers  (“the Company”) is a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2014/157890/07.

1. Disclaimer of Liability
   1.1 While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information, quotations, products and services provided, the Company makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding their accuracy, reliability or completeness.
   1.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury, or expense of any nature whatsoever which may arise from the use of its services, products or information.

2. Intellectual Property
   2.1 All content, designs, artwork, logos, and trade names associated with the Company remain the exclusive property of Mango Printers (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   2.2 No unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Company’s intellectual property is permitted.

3. Quotations and Orders
   3.1 All quotations are valid for 7 (seven) calendar days unless otherwise stated.
   3.2 An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of written acceptance and proof of payment (where required).
   3.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order at its sole discretion.

4. Indemnity
   By engaging with the Company, the Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mango Printers (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees and agents against any claim, loss or damages arising from the use of its products or services, save where such loss is caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Company.

5. Governing Law
   This notice, and any agreement arising between the Client and the Company, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
